1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

   • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must present a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
   • Refunds or exchanges are only available for products that are in their original condition, unopened, and with the original packaging.
   • Perishable items such as fresh produce  and frozen goods cannot be refunded or exchanged.

2. Timeframe for Refund or Exchange:

   • You can get the refunds and exchanges done at the time of delivery or you can also come to the shop within 48 hours to get the exchanges or refunds done.
   • If a product is defective or damaged, we must be notified only at delivery time.

3. Refund Process:

   • If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the product, minus any applicable fees and charges, using the original payment method.
   • If you do not have the original receipt or proof of purchase, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.

4. Timeframe for Shipping Process:

   • Your order will be delivered within 10:00 am to 5:00 pm from the time of placing the order.
   • In case of product shortage or you have placed the order after the delivery time is over, your order will be delivered within 48 hours (maximum) from the time of placing the order.
   • Product's availability with the Sah Rasan Wala.
   • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Sah Rasan Wala.

5. Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sah Rasan Wala at  Shipping Time:

   • There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Sah Rasan Wala. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

6. Exchange Process:

   • If you are eligible for an exchange, we will provide a replacement product of the same value, subject to availability.
   • If the replacement product is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
   • If the replacement product is of lower value, we will refund the difference in price.

7. Exceptions:

   • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on products that are not eligible, such as products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
   • We may not be able to process refunds or exchanges in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or other emergencies.
